Without any doubt one of the most beautiful roses of the twentieth century, created in France by Meilland in 1942, and used as a symbol, in the post-war period, of the renewed peace between peoples.

Enormous flower, with 40-43 pale yellow petals, a pink margin and an intense perfume which lasts for a very long time.

It is known also as ‘Béke’, ‘Fredsrosen’, ‘Gloria Dei’, ‘Madame Antoine Meilland’ and ‘3-35-40’, the famous abbreviation with which it was sent to USA in the middle of the war.
