Erebia neoridas Family : Nymphalidae With 19-23 mm of wingspan, Erebia neoridas lives in the western Mediterranean part and is localized in patchy way on the heights, in the belt between 500 and 1500 m. Like all Erebia, it hibernates as caterpillar and completes its biological development during the following year. Usual host plants are the essences present in the hilly meadows.
